gave them a call to service a couple of husky chainsaws since bacchusmarsh farm supplies were to busy (dropped 2 saws of to them before xmas then picked them up 2 months later still not done ) told them plenty of time as we are going away for a week got a phone call 2hours later all done service n chain sharpening done hows that for service looks like I'll be doing all my business there for now pitty they dont train customer service know a joint that could take a leaf out of their book

The drive through is awesome for those who need the extra help getting things into their car. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge range of items and feed for all animals and farm usage which are very reasonably priced. They sell fire wood and they do gas bottle exchanges for people who live in the Ballan and Gordon area.
