terrible experience, made a booking to the park 3 weeks before arriving to make sure all is well, they were very friendly over the phone, travelling many hours, we arrived tired and cold, to find no one at the office at 4pm on a Saturday, phoning them over 50 times to get into the park there was no reply, we waited there for several hours in case they would turn up. to our disappointment they didn't. I suggest that if anyone is wanting to stay at this park, think of another option instead.unhappy customer
