One star is being generous as unfortunately you cant vote zero! The customer service which I couldnt even call it that is atrocious. By far the rudest professionals Ive come across. Do yourself a favour and search the abundance of other real estate companies in the area.
Do not use these guys if you are buying or selling. Very unprofessional in the way they conduct themselves especially Richard Falzon who will not answer his phone or return calls, and only does business through text messages.

Wyndham real estate is great agent. They are very professional with their service, Jackson Chau had done a perfect job to help me through all processes to purchase my first home. He is not just a friendly, helpful person but also he is very patient in listening and explaining all the information. Because I am very happy with his performance and service. Therefore, I would definetely give Wyndham real estate a five star.
Worst real estate in Australia. Please dont go. The agent jackson chou is worst person i meet with in my life. He take $1000 deposits from me. And try to sell me a land which is more over price as compare to market. And when bank doesnt want to give loan on that land even i have pre approval for loan. He denied to give back my $1000. So i have to hire solicitor to get my money back. Please first home buyer or those who dont have mich knowledge in buying land or house dont go. They are worst and now try to picking up inocent people who are frist home buyers. Even i have recorded conversations between me and Jackson in which he denied to give back my initial deposit and abuse me as a racist comment. I will file legal harassment complaint against him. Especially my indian brothers and sisters please do not go.
