Doctors, nurses and most receptionists there are professional and caring. Had to wait for a little bit but they took their time with me as well. I like to ask questions and they answered all of them without rushing me.
Staff are useless and rude, Doctors are always late. If you have an appointment be prepared to wait a further 30-60 minutes atleast.
Terrible! When we moved to the area we saw Dr Iram and she was fabulous. Since she left I have only been back to this clinic twice out of sheer necessity and I have been dreadfully misdiagnosed both times. The first time I was told I had laryngitis when in fact I had severe tonsillitis that had me off work for 2 weeks because I was not given antibiotics early enough and the infection took hold. The second (and LAST) time was on Boxing day when I took myself and my toddler in with shocking coughs and ragging temperatures. We only attended because our clinic was closed and I was fairly certain we had chest infections requiring antibiotics. However, we were diagnosed (by a different dr to the one I saw previously) with colds and told to take panadol and cough medicine. The coughing did not subside. We have now been to our Dr, we both have chest infections and are on a course of antibiotics. If you want accurate medical diagnosis and treatment DO NOT use this clinic.
Very Bad Experience:-Visited doctor Salma Yasmin for my baby girl and mother check up.1. Doctor didn't do proper checkup for baby girl and gave Ultrasound prescription without even checking properly.Doctor Browsing internet to understand hospital notes.2. My mother had left foot pain,we explain her properly but she checked right foot ,i asked why you checking right foot,than she accepted her mistake.3. Doctor is not able to convert blood suger units from mg/dL to mmol/LIts my first and last visit to this medical centre..
One of the reception staff was helpful and it's our first time to go to this clinic. There are a lot of bad reviews on this clinic but I still went to have my daughter checked. We waited for 15mins past our appointment and my daughter was called. After 2minutes the consultation was finished! Wow, is Dr. Mustafa in a hurry? He only checked my daughter for around 10secs and made a diagnosis on her condition. He made a script and that's it! The pharmacist is better than him giving advise on what can help my daughter in her condition.I won't go back in this clinic ever again.
